Although when you apply "Filter Gallery", the dialog window suggests "Texturizer", you may choose any other filter from any category. Furthermore, within a single "Filter Gallery" item, you may create several filters. Just click the "new" 
button, and choose a filter for the created "filter layer" (screenshot).
