Generating Scripts

Additionally, the "Batch" tool lets you create new scripts from the existing ones.

Note though, that the author doesn't recommend concatenating scripts other than included to "Commands" and "Batch Optimized" categories.

  1. If necessary, copy all the required scripts from the "Commands" to "Batch Optimized" folder. For example, on the screenshot, the author uses one additional command - "adjust - Black&White Layer".
  2. Open the "Scripts" dialog and launch the "Batch" script.
  3. From the "Scripts to Run" drop menus, select scripts in desired execution sequence.
  4. Click the "Save Sequence" button.
  5. In the dialog box that opens, enter the new script name and click "Save" (screenshot).

The generated scripts appear in the "Batch Optimized" category ("~My Documents > Elements+ > 8.0 > Scripts > Batch Optimized" folder).
