Convert to Smart Object

 

This command converts the selected layers to smart object.

1. Open the "Layers" dialog.
2. In the Layers list, select one or more layers. On the screenshot, the author converts 4 layers.
3. Apply the "Convert to Smart Object" command.

NB To edit the smart object's contents, you use the Edit Smart Object command.
